Return & Refund Policy

All sales are final.

Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges at this time. Each journal is carefully prepared and packaged with intention before being shipped.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at contact@candicep.com with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We will review and make it right where appropriate.

Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
